The Client
The client retains Pro Search to dedicate an in-house resource to fill a specific position. 1/3 of the fee is due upon execution of the retainer, 1/3 when a short list of candidates is presented and the balance is paid
The Candidate
Pro Search typically places “passive” candidates who are currently employed but confidentially looking for a specific opportunity and whose salary requirements range from $100,000 – $400,000
